It's hard to believe that we are already midway through our March break! So far we've enjoyed being active and kicking our feet up, which is what March break is all about! Mother Nature wasn't exactly done with winter and we just got a bunch of new snow, which is perfect since we have plans to get out skiing later this week!
I wanted to share a yummy recipe that the kids and I tried for the first time yesterday. If you like cookies and have been looking for a gluten free recipe, this one may be worth a shot! We cooked ours a little longer, so they were on the crispier side.
The only thing I didn't do was add xantham gum because the pre-mixed GF flour that we use already has some in it. Otherwise we followed the recipe to a "t"! You can find the recipe here!
